Blog To Resume in 2011

This blog has been on hiatus for over a year now. We plan to return in January, possibly with with a new name and website. There are also plans to launch daily webcasts and a regional blog network. The blog network will focus on Montgomery, Dothan, Biringham, Huntsville, and Mobile. More details in the days to come. See you in 2011. :)

Real Or Rumor? NBC Affiliates Get 10/9c Hour Back?

Newsblues (newsblues.com) reports that NBC and Comcast have agreed on a final sale of NBC. Comcast would then own 51% of the television network. The website also reports that Comcast may give the entire 10pm hour to the affliates. If this happens, when exactly will NBC stations get the hour? It may be by Fall of next year to give The Jay Leno Show a full year. It could even happen before that. Central AL TV has been following this story since late-July and we look forward to hearing your thoughts.

New HD Weather Camera In Selma

The Doppler 12 StromVision team has debuted a brand-new Alfa SkyVision Camera in the city of Selma. As of this morning, the camera is not yet available for veiwing on WSFA.COM.
